Don Gienger

As Founder and Managing Partner of LEADERVision, LLC, Mr. Gienger contracts each search and directs the process to its successful completion.  He offers over 25 years of business experience and success, including conducting board directors and senior executive search assignments with global executive search firms.  He serves on boards of non-profit organizations, civic groups, trade associations and religious organizations.

Prior to founding LEADERVision, Mr. Gienger held several senior executive positions with telecommunications and software companies including Frontier Communications, MCI Communications, BellSouth Advanced Networks and Computer Associates.  His professional business experience enables him to understand the business needs of his clients.

He is on the Board of Advisors of AirSage, a wireless communications company, and is a member of the Technology Association of Georgia, Association of Telecom Professionals and Wireless Technology Forum.  Mr. Gienger has been interviewed by Business Week Online and Wall Street Journal Online where he discussed hiring trends in technology and human capital issues.
